About Sherri Lynn

I have been driven by a competitive spirit and a passion for helping people for as long as I can remember. My love for sales started in the 6th grade, where I competed year after year to sell the most World’s Finest Chocolate candy bars—and I loved every minute of it. That drive to succeed has stayed with me ever since.

At 19, I joined the United States Air Force, where I proudly served for 20 years. My career took me around the world, including living in Japan and deploying to Iraq. The Air Force shaped who I am today—it taught me discipline, resilience, integrity, and a keen attention to detail. I take pride in noticing what others may miss, a skill that helps me guide my clients through the real estate process with confidence and clarity.

While serving in the military, I also built a successful career with Mary Kay Cosmetics. I earned a company car in just four months, and within my first year, I became a Director—an achievement that was nearly unheard of at the time. Leading a team of 30 while balancing my military career strengthened my leadership skills and my ability to perform under pressure and deliver results.

Today, I bring that same dedication, attention to detail, and client-first mindset into my real estate career. I specialize in residential home sales, working with a wide range of properties including single-family homes, while also having a special passion for manufactured homes—whether on owned land or leased land. I understand the unique details that come with those properties, giving my clients an added advantage, while remaining committed to helping any client find or sell the home that is right for them.

I am a proud wife and mom in a blended family of six, and now a proud grandmother to six grandchildren across the country. My life has been full of incredible moments—including helping deliver one of my grandchildren on the side of the road—proof that I can stay calm, focused, and take action when it matters most. Family has always been my greatest teacher in patience, organization, and caring for others.

We have called Yuma home for the past three years, and we are never leaving. The everyday sunshine and stunning sunsets set this place apart, and even though we do not have family here, we have created our own with a special group of friends. I bring that same sense of home, care, and dedication to my clients—guiding them with honesty, attention to detail, and heart, just as I have done for my family and while serving my country.
